Wetland lot east of Wal-Mart cleared before developer's plan goes to planning commission

Aubrey, you would probably suggest that the curb and gutter be taken out along Sixth Street to allow storm water to flow to that open lot and make it a raingarden instead of letting it go into the street drains and get to the creek too fast that way, right?
