Dabney Brannon (left) of Audubon Arkansas encourages men involved in planning the proposed student apartments on the defunct Aspen Ridge development site to build in keeping with best-management practices for low-impact development and to create a project that will complement Fayetteville's goals of becoming a center of sustainability.
